Guide on Linking Telegram Contacts with Form Submissions

First of all, thank you for the excellent tools and support you provide. I am currently working on automating customer interactions via Telegram using Telethon, and I have encountered a challenge I hope you can assist with.
Specifically, I want to link the contacts created in Telegram (i.e., users who message my bot or channel) with the contacts submitted through an external form where customers provide their phone numbers and emails. Since Telegram does not expose phone numbers or emails unless users explicitly share them, I am struggling to establish a reliable connection between the Telegram user and the form data.
Could you please provide a detailed guide or best practices on how to achieve this integration? Some tips on securely generating unique identifiers or tokens to track users across both platforms would be highly valuable.
