Telegram AI Assistant
Hello Team,
I am very interested in enhancing our Telegram bot capabilities and would love to see a feature like a Telegram AI Assistant integrated into your platform.
It would be fantastic if the assistant could allow users to upload documentation files (such as PDFs or manuals) directly within the chat. This way, the AI could reference these documents to provide accurate and context-aware responses.
Additionally, having the ability to define clear instructions or objectives that guide the AI’s behavior would be extremely helpful. For example, instructions that enable the assistant to perform specific tasks based on user intents.
One key functionality I would appreciate is the integration of skills such as:
Automatically booking appointments or meetings into a calendar system based on user requests.
Adding relevant tags to contacts in our CRM automatically by analyzing the conversation context.
This kind of automation would significantly streamline our workflows, improve customer experience, and reduce manual effort.
If possible, a demo or tutorial video showcasing how to set up and use such an AI Assistant would be highly valuable.
